Eric Clapton and The Police have been unveiled as the headliners at the Hard Rock Calling weekend concerts in London's Hyde Park in June. Eric Clapton will play on June 28, with support from Sheryl Crow and John Mayer among others. The Police will headline on June 29 with special guests including KT Tunstall and Starsailor.

"We are very excited about this year's Hard Rock Calling event," said Live Nation's U.K. VP of promotions Toby Leighton-Pope in a statement, "as we have two amazing headline acts, following on the tradition from the past two years which saw Roger Waters and The Who and Peter Gabriel and Aerosmith perform."
