| Tickets | After receiving your email confirmation you will expect to receive your Hotel & Ticket Wallet approximately 10-14 days prior to event. This will be sent to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which will require a signature. Your ticket wallet will include, Concert Ticket(s), Hotel Brochure, Hotel Accommodation Voucher, Directions to venue using local transport, Information Sheet with Emergency Contact details in the need of assistance. If you are booking from outside the UK tickets may be delivered to your hotel or sent via Airsure International Post if time allows or if desired by International Courier. If requested Courier charges will be charged at approximately £30 per package and you will be contacted separately to discuss preferred collection/delivery. |
