Concert/Event Cancellation

Event Travel are pleased to offer optional Concert/Event Cancellation insurance cover should an concert/event be subject to cancellation. Please select this option at time of booking or if you would like to add this to your booking once your booking is made you may do so by calling 08700 773 772 within 7 days of booking providing
no material changes to the Event or Artist(s) circumstances has taken place.

The premium covers all elements of your Event Travel Invoice value with the exception of the following exclusions:-

1) All premiums relating to personal Travel/Cancellation Insurance are Non-refundable.  

2) Concert/Event Cancellation insurance premiums are Non-refundable.  

3) A £30 per person claim excess applies on any claim.  

4) Credit/debit card handling fees are Non-refundable.  

The above insurance cover only applies if an event is cancelled prior to travel. In the event that a concert/event is cancelled once you have departed the UK or checked into your accommodation, you will be entitled to a refund of the Concert/Event Ticket (Once they have been returned to Event Travel - by Registered post)

Any claim will be subject to the safe return of any Concert/Event Tickets, Travel Tickets/Vouchers.

Claims will normally be dealt with within 28 days of receipt of the appropriate Claim Form by Event Travel.

Cover does not extend to any travel or other related expenses if booked independently of Event Travel.

NB: Event Cancellation Insurance is subject to availability and rates may fluctuate. Additional exclusions may apply which will be advised before cover is put in place and will be confirmed in writing.

Key Exclusions:
•  Loss caused by, contributing or arising from:
•  All forms of radiation
•  War, invasion, act of foreign enemy, civil war and the like
•  Travel delay or inability of Event Travel customers to attend the event
•  All risks of Terrorism
•  All risks of S.A.R.S. or Avian Flu
•  Any fraud, misrepresentation or concealment by Insured Person
